Scottish Sports Futures use sport as a catalyst to enable young people to be healthier, more confident and more resilient, so they are better prepared to combat the effects of poverty, trauma and adversity. Using the power of sport their work inspires hope, increases life opportunities, offers routes to education, employment and volunteering whilst addressing mental health, increasing confidence, and providing positive role models.
