Award winning comedian Jamie MacDonald returns to The Stand to record his second series of his smash hit show for BBC Radio 4 - 'Life on the Blink'.
Fresh from appearing on 'Have I Got News for You' and 'QI', blind Glaswegian stand-up Jamie takes on the challenges of modern life that everyone else faces, except he doesn't see them coming. Never one to shy away from controversy, Jamie calls it like he sees it, from calling out the government's ineptitude to rejecting the overzealous help of do-gooders in the street.
Jamie is one of Scotland's favourite stand-up comedians. In the last eighteen months he's modelled for David Beckham, made an award winning documentary, sold out shows across the country and appeared on the biggest shows on television. His last Radio 4 series was Comedy of the Week, and you can be part of the audience for the recording of his new series.
Entry is free but ticketed. Recording four episodes over two days, with outstanding support acts TBA.
