Featuring
Back-to-back WIPs from two of Scotland's best and hottest comedians!
Krystal is working on a show about marriage and divorce and being dead broke. This show will (eventually) be raw, sexually explicit and humiliating. Join Krystal as she once again tries to make hard things funny.
An American comedian based in the UK, Krystal “…makes it look easy." Her debut– The Hottest Girl at Burn Camp – was received at Fringe to rapturous reviews. She writes and stars in Mitchell & Webb are Helping on Channel 4. She has appeared on Comedy Central and has supported David Cross, Zoe Lyons, Larry Dean on tour.
“To make the content of this show so outrageously funny is an art form” – ★★★★★, L Gourley, Broadway World “Evans makes it look easy. Her trademark dry, biting wit has been forged in fire” Hot Take Reviews “A pacy and assured show from a comic on the cusp of breaking into the mainstream” The List ★★★★
And Chris’s show? Oh boy! That’ll be written by the date of this show which is December 9th. Potential themes: seafood poisoning, media and news, my gosh darn love life, saying “boy bye!” and really feeling it, men’s mental health, moisturiser, self- doubt, and leopard print: in or out?
Chris Weir is a writer, performer and comedian. His stand-up has seen him reach the final of Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year and Scottish Comedian of the Year, and he was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Scottish Comedy Awards. He currently performs as a member of sketch comedy group Story Platform, and aside from that, he’s just trying to have it all as a career gal in the big city!!
Tour support for Kim Blythe and Morgan Rees “a powerhouse” – Bobby Carroll
