Guaranteed refunds must be requested 24 hours before the doors opening time by contacting our box office on 0131 558 9005 during office hours or by emailing [email protected].
Refund requests after this stage are at the discretion of the company and promoters however we will always try to help our customers if we have the opportunity to sell the tickets on. Accepted refunds will be made for the ticket sale amount and will not include booking or postage fees unless there is company fault. Please note: We cannot refund tickets on the door on the night.
