English comedian, writer, podcaster, and filmmaker known for her upbeat, friendly and silly comedy style, which often incorporates social justice and political themes. She is a pioneering figure in UK comedy, recognized as the first woman to be nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show three times consecutively (2010–2012).
