James Nokise and Silky Fringe Preview Double Bill!

Sunday 30th July 2017

James Nokise : Britain, Let's Talk About the Golliwogs
Let's chat about your race relations issue. Who better with than a Samoan/Welsh comedian from New Zealand?
Focusing on Britain's unique history with the Golliwog – It's all about addressing the mixed-race elephant in the room… when the elephant is staring at a racially triggering doll.
Where do they come from? What do they mean? Can you own one? No, but really, can you?
The guy behind 2016's So So Gangsta and the voice of Sam in Puppet Fiction returns to Edinburgh after touring the world and is keen to chat.

Paul ‘Silky’ White’s Food Fight!
You are what you eat. This explains a lot. We’re in a right state. Whose idea was growing food with poison?
Why risk your life for a humble pie?
2016 Fringe sell-out. 2018 statistic?

Come, don't come, whatever. God I'm shit at self promotion... please come.
