Stand Together
When The Stand Comedy Club opened, we started with a simple manifesto: create a list of genuine comedy fans and do our best to charge them a fair price.
Our membership scheme grew from that idea and is still strong today with more than 1,400 members.
Many popular tours and solo performances sell out exclusively to members before anyone else has a chance to buy tickets. Previous examples include Frankie Boyle, Kevin Bridges, Sarah Millican, John Bishop, Ross Noble and Daniel Kitson.
Membership discounts can vary during festival periods, including the Glasgow International Comedy Festival in March, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August and the Newcastle Alternative Comedy Festival in October.
