Show Information

The Edinburgh Tool Library is the UK’s first tool library, promoting sharing as a way of reducing our environmental impact.

We are a charity (SC045162) and lend our members tools for DIY, gardening, decorating and machine repair, so that they don’t need to own them. Not only does this collaborative approach make sense environmentally, it also helps our members financially.

We are now embarking on our 'Tools for Life' programme - pairing young unemployed people with older people acting as mentors, to support skills development and positive futures.

If you would like to join the Tool Library, you can visit the Community Police Box on Leith Walk Saturday mornings 9am-1pm to pay your membership fee and receive information on how to get started.

Join us for a fantastic night of comedy in support of this good work!

With host Gus Lymburn, Eddy BrimsonBryan Ghosh, Jay Lafferty and Gareth Mutch!

To ensure the maximum donation goes directly to the charity, we are not taking advance payments for this show. Tickets are £7 standard and £5 concession and can be reserved by calling our Box Office on 0131 558 7272
