The Saturday Early Show with Edinburgh Cocktail Week & Food from Khao Boi!

Join us for a mixed-bill four act show with Marc Jennings, Mike Milligan, Bylgja Babýlons and host Jay Lafferty.

We’ll have a pop-up bar offering a mocktail and 2 gin cocktails (Tom Collin & Gimlet) which will be mixed on the night by 2 mixologists from Lind & lime. 

£5 with an Edinburgh Cocktail Week wristband and £8 without (Mocktail £5/4). The cocktail bar will be open before the shows starts and again during the interval, so make sure you come for 4pm doors if you want plenty of time to secure a drink, delicious FREE food from our new kitchen operator Khao Boi, and a seat in time for the show.

The Khao Boi taster menu includes:

1. Sriracha Fried Chicken Wings

Wings marinated in coconut milk, sriracha and lemongrass. For 24 hours, then coated in gluten free sriracha seasoned batter.

2. Satay Chicken Skewers

Tender chcken strips cooked in Khao Boi yellow curry sauce, torched, spiced and served with satay sauce.

3. Kaeng Khiao Wan

The old staple Green Curry with chicken thigh (vegan option available), baby corn, water chestnuts, red peppers, mushroom & green beans. Garnished with spring onions, chilli and Thai basil. Served with Rice.

4. Khao Boi Fries

Crispy skin-on fries with house chilli & gralic seasoning.
