The food at the Stand is really, really good. Our upstairs bistro is open all
day with the kitchen putting out fresh tasty exciting dishes. It’s excellent
value – you can get lunch for a fiver and our pre-theatre dinner for a tenner.
We’re open mornings and afternoons too with excellent coffee and home baked
scones and cakes. Head Chef Andrew Drape has worked with the best and before
coming to us he headed up Barn Asia, The Open Kitchen, Salsa Café and
Blackfriars.
From 11am to late you can enjoy the relaxed ambience of the Stand Bistro and
courtyard. In the evening come along early and try the pre theatre menu. But
don’t worry if you’re in a rush – or if we’ve no tables in the bistro – there’s
an excellent food service downstairs in the club too up until the show
starts.
And of course, you don’t even have to come to comedy show to enjoy the
excellent output of the Stand kitchen – whilst the show’s on downstairs we’ll be
serving excellent dinners upstairs.
