A new monthly political material gig.

Hosted by Laura Davis and James Nokise

A fresh show with fresh perspectives for 2024, The Edit provides audiences with the opportunity to see several comedians trying out new political gear at the end of each month.

The co-hosts are two of Australasia’s best political comedic voices; 2 x Melbourne Comedy award nominee Laura Davis , and New Zealand comedy best show winner James Nokise.

What do two foreigners know about the intricacies of local Scottish politics? Not much! And that’s why they’re perfect to host a show where comics can go as broad or as geekily deep on their political takes as they want.

The Edit will also feature a pro headliner each month. For January it’s the brilliant, and brilliantly political, Josie Long.
